Zoom differs from other products because it synchronizes with the calendar where meeting participants have excellent audio and video quality, adapting to our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it helped me in my organization because it is the best tool for group videoconferencing with video quality with innumerable features giving me very good results, the Zoom services can be connected with Corporate Streaming systems in the private network, , Zoom has free accounts with basic functions, but it also offers Pro, Business and Enterprise licenses for more advanced users, so it is worth using them, where we can use them on any device, helping us save our time and unnecessary travel expenses, increasing our productivity and development in the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is great because it allows me to develop excellent video calls and online meetings with tools and functions that make it special, in my experience and so far Zoom has worked well for me without any problems I consider Zoom to be lovely software.

I recommend Zoom to anyone who wants to hold secure and reliable online meetings with advanced technology, providing a wonderful service and helping us from beginning to end, adapting to the needs of each user and providing great benefits, with quality video and audio they make it amazing software.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is a really fantastic platform, I would consider this platform to be one of the best for open communication in the video conferencing and online calling environment, however, one of the most notable features and that make this platform different from others, is that it has the ability to help create videoconferences with greater fluidity while maintaining the best possible video quality, therefore, this allows communication to unfold in a more comfortable environment for all participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like that Zoom offers me a perfect adaptation of the platform for my mobile devices. Currently, I use an iPad and my iOS phone, and on both devices the Zoom application is excellent, its agility to process all types of videoconferences, the perfect sending and receiving of messages and above all, the excellent stable connectivity, is what allows this App has such a good performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only negative factor that needs to be mentioned about Zoom is its ability to send and receive documents or files. Sending files over the Zoom network is very slow. Sending becomes a little faster when no video conference is taking place, however, when a video conference is taking place, and trying to send some files to a specific person or a general group, the sending takes too long, considering that the files you are trying to send are not so heavy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the low speed that Zoom offers when sending and receiving files, I still consider that it is a platform that is very worthwhile because it offers that perfect video quality and that fluidity that many companies need today. Zoom is one of the platforms that offers the best video quality. I would also recommend it because it is a platform that you can take everywhere, either from your cell phone or from a tablet, in the same way you will have a similar experience and stable communication will always be present.
