Zoom is a very simple application. You can send and invite people using a link.

The chat room background change feature does not work with all types of webcams.

Zoom is the best video conferencing app available in the market. This application has the one of the best freemium plans in the market.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

One of the big differences that zoom has compared to other video conferencing tools is that zoom has Webinars and live one functionality, which is very useful to carry out training of selective personnel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most significant aspects that this communication tool has had in my work is that it makes it much easier for me to communicate with people inside and outside the company's facilities, it has also helped me a lot in the way of training staff. And carry out remote conferences where is essential to send and receive files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few things I could say that I dislike about this video conferencing tool but among them is the problem of poor integration with Office documents and I also think that it is a very populated tool which means that it can freeze on certain occasions this could be due to the fact that there are many people in the same room or maybe the quality of the internet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Personally, I would recommend it most of all for already established companies since it has a lot of functionalities which could take advantage of for the training of new employees.
