What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Something that differs Zoom from other software is that it currently offers a specialized service for the educational system, others such as Join.me and Bluejeans do not offer this type of service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love zoom that has been very timely in the current situation where you work more from home, it has created a perfect online collaboration perfect for organizations and teams from a distance, yet offering updated features, security and productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like zoom that it deserves to have a large bandwidth to be able to execute correctly and that at times the image tends to get stuck but it is an ideal program being used with a good internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When using zoom, I recommend having a good internet service to avoid inconveniences during a videoconference, a computer with good camera and audio resolution in order to enjoy an excellent service provided by this software.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom allows you to record meetings, although for each meeting carried out with zoom subscriptions, the application generates automatic transcripts to avoid taking notes of everything that was sent in each meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the facilities of Zoom is to use a whiteboard, if you want to clarify any type of doubt. It has a clearer and more manageable interface. It is very practical for large meetings with a limit of 500 participants simultaneously. Like meet Zoom allows you to record meetings, it offers instant access from any browser.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Auto roll call, Zoom does not have this function.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an essential work tool, it offers other users the possibility of connecting from other devices, in this way, any member of the team can collaborate effectively, wherever they are.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is fast, easy to join, easy to make meetings, easy to handle participants. It have a pack of tools like recording and whiteboard for better communication. It has options to make joining of participant seamless, organizer can mute as well as unmute a participant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organizer can schedule meeting, and have a complete control on the individua participant, it also provides tools for downloading the recorded meeting but if one person starts a recording other cannot, and it stored locally not on cloud. Nearly thousand of participant can join in paid version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks when a huge number of participants responds together. Security is very weak easily breakable and misused. one link is feasible but makes the security more weaker to exploit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can good money and want a light software for meeting needs, and want to use for free than go for it.
