What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the audio and video calls work well in low- bandwidth situation. It has the best connection and is a video conference tool that grows with us. The ease of use and joining of meetings really excited us when using Zoom. We are now able to hold online meetings with Zoom frequently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom works perfectly as expected and i have not had any setbacks with the software.

Zoom differs from other products by sharing the screen and specific applications, it allows recording and playback of meetings which can be saved on the desktop, I really like this platform because it offers me wonderful functions, tools and features that adapt to what I need, the video is HD clear audio, immediate connection without waiting, and best of all, it is very easy to use.

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it helps me in my daily work, to stay focused, developing my projects, to collaborate with my work team, increase my productivity, and stay connected with my colleagues, clients, sharing screen and audio through meetings and videoconferences, the organization of my meetings starts immediately, saves my time and money, helps me make decisions, grow my business, is key to show a project and attract new clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom has been a software that I have used for a long time because from the first moment I use it, it offered me immediate results, with security, audio quality, video, video conferences are developed in the blink of an eye, it which is very important to me because it saves my time, I found it great, perfect and fully developed, it provides a quality of service in every sense of the word, it is excellent and I have no dislike or bad comment.

Sharing is good but sharing using Zoom is professional and simple, I recommend this online communications tool because it offers excellent collaboration options, it is a powerful program that allows you to organize video conferences, it offers its users great benefits, it is a simple, flexible tool, it offers free trial for use, it can be used from anywhere and any device works immediately and is very safe, I recommend it because it works in an extraordinary way.

The features are far more enhanced than any other program my team has used for virtual meetings. There are more options and features.

I love that the meeting host has the ability to mute all participants. This cuts down on background noise and makes things far more efficient.

I have no negative comments to say about Zoom. It has been wonderful for our company. Especially during this pandemic.
