What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is a multiplatform tool, since it allows you to connect between desktops, mobile devices and room systems, so everyone can join: departments, offices and remote participants. So it can be run on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android operating systems. Among the main features that stand out are: its intuitive user interface, the speed to join the rooms and the ease of sharing the screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video quality is not the most optimal compared to other platforms.

In this pandemic, zoom has been the tool that has helped me the most to connect with my clients, employees, friends and family, I have been able to create a better form of communication with everyone in general, it is an excellent platform since it has helped me to take courses, jobs and assignments using this tool.

zoom has meetings with no time limit, you can have up to 100 participants in the same meeting, it allows you to record the meetings and save them on your computer or in the cloud, you can also do Webinar. To join a meeting you only need a laptop or your mobile device, it has excellent integrations such as Google calendar and Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to its costs are quite high, when you have a meeting with more than 2 people and you use a free account, your meetings can last up to 40 minutes maximum. The camera and audio quality are not good which makes it very inconvenient when making a video conference.

It is excellent software if you are looking to digitize your business, digitize your classes AND if you are looking for work online. It is an excellent tool for your daily use

Occasionally, there have been delays for cloud recordings downloads.
