Easy to use and gives you full control of your virtual meeting

when using zoom, its like you are meeting in person and have the capability to share your screen and proceed with the meeting as if you are sitting together

The price is a bit high

The solution itself is very useful but you can start without paying for a license and upgrade according to your needs

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

User interface of zoom is very easy to use compare to other products. There are many feature of controlling the audience is there compare to other video conferencing tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has functionality to access the screen of participants which is very useful. Chatting option is quite important. The question answer feature is useful when QnA session is doing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost everything is covered but sometimes the desktop version of zoom is taking too much time to load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to do the conference meeting with your team or need to present your task or explain something it is the best tool to use. For QnA session it is also good tool to use.
