What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Its meetings are easy to configure and provide many options to configure security options, I have improved communication with all clients and colleagues, it also allows us to share presentations, videos and photos with anyone in the meeting, it is reliable and easy to use. use even for external people who have not used Zoom before, you can also configure the access code to not allow any unknown participant to access the meeting, the use of this tool does not require any special training, so it is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that you can deactivate your video and mute your audio whenever you want, I also especially like the screen sharing function, I also like how it is so well done that you cannot get lost and you can always transmit the message or ask the questions you want, host control can be transferred to anyone else on the call on the go, I also love the ease of clicking a link and being instantly connected to my meeting, I also like being able to see everyone on my call with ease, I also enjoy Zoom's friendly user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only problem that I have had with this platform is that sometimes it is difficult to share the correct link that does not require an access code, it is the only drawback that this platform has presented me so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy and fast to access the zoom application if you are virtually in a short time, I highly recommend using the application, you can easily share your screen without any delay on the network, it is one of the best I have used.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has more robust features than the previous software that i was using. It allows me to call via video calls for free.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobility support is the best thing that I like about Zoom Meetings and Chat software. Ease of implementing and using Zoom is a great aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom disconnect video calls after consecutive 40 minutes on the same free video conferencing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom doesn't require IT skills to use it, thus I would recommend prospects to ignore third-party developers intervention.
