It has a user-friendly interface and a robust reporting capability. Also, it integrates strongly with other Zoho applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is its strong integration with the Zoho suite, significantly streamlining workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that it has a limitation in advanced AI/ML capability. This limits the depth of insights businesses can draw from their survey data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend they utilize free trials to test the platform and determine if it meets their needs and budget.

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

BI Analytics tab shows a complete analysis of the published surveys with accuracy. Administrator can access the admin tab (with user permissions) wherein entire org Surveys and BI Analytics can be viewed in a summarized format. Create survey workflow supports everything ranging from a drop-down to a sliding scale, this helps us in creating quite attractive survey forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our finance team requires constant customer feedback in form of entry-forms or surveys, Zoho Survey helps us in creating effective & appealing surveys which are fun. This eventually helps us in tracking customer feedback and planning future path.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zero customization available in free version. Longer string workflows result in validation errors that are difficult to narrow down. Lack of high quality templates: it's always handy to have ready made templates available for use but Zoho Survey lacks in the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out the free version before purchasing a plan.

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

AI powered survey creation allows us to generate a survey with a single prompt. Zoho CRM direct integration enables us to create action plans on direct user feedback. Multi level customization to generate personalized surveys catering to our customer base.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Strong GDPR compliance, keeps our fin data safe. Some interceptors flag the email surveys as spam.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AI introduction was quite exciting but when we started to use the Zia prompt based surveys, we realized that it needs refinement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! It's affordable and intuitive. Supportive service team and highly customizable product.
