What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?

Zoho recruit is easy to use along with other social apps and other zoho products. Range of features make it different from available products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an HR recruiter, I personally liked the AI feature which helps a lot in filtration based on the job posting. It also has the feature for collecting resumes in different folders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need to get few add on's for best use of Zoho recruit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best to use Zoho recruit to fulfil open roles quickly and most efficiently. Wide range of features along with multiple customization options makes it more productive.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?

Zoho has priced this product competitively with customizable tiers, making it a standout. Multi channel job posting is mostly automated and requires least intervention. Harvester tool is quite useful as it auto aligns perfect candidates for follow-up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Advanced resume parsing using keywords, they also provide AI-driven parsing using Zia tool but that's not effective enough.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AI tool- Zia still has lot of issues, we are greatly dissatisfied with the candidate mapping it provides. The AI capabilities need a lot of tweaking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Recruit will serve your basic hiring and onboarding needs perfectly but do not expect some AI based recruitment miracle,
