Ease of advanced searches, I can keep track of applicants...a must-have!!

The big one is keeping track of applicants.

Nothing as of yet, it is great so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do the free trial, it speaks for itself. Easy to use, you will find so many things you love about Zoho recruit. I did!
