What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho CRM is quite a bit more customizable than most other CRM systems. There's a healthy limit of 300 custom fields per module in the Enterprise edition. Where other CRMs use predatory business practices and aggressive, multi-year contracts to strong arm users into sticking around, we're so confident in the strength of our product that we offer flexible, month-to-month subscriptions that can grow with your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with other Tools is limited and makes it challenging to work with other business Solutions Free and Budget versions do not offer many features. High implementation cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho One is the software that works for your company, instead of your company working on the software. You can substitute your bundles of cloud applications, legacy tools, and manual operations with a single platform for your entire business.It is a holistic approach to run your business, which provides you with one integrated and customizable system to work smarter and progress faster. Zoho One gives you an inclusive platform to break down hurdles between various departments and improve the performance of your organization.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho People stands out for its flexibility and affordability. It offers a wide range of HR tools, from attendance and performance management to onboarding and self-service all in one platform. Its integration with other Zoho apps and customization options make it a great fit for businesses of any size.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho People is how easy it is to manage attendance, leave, and performance tracking from one place. The interface is user friendly, and automation features save a lot of time on routine HR tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main downside is that some advanced reporting features can be tricky to set up, and occasional lags happen when handling large data sets. A more intuitive mobile app experience would also be a nice improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend taking time to explore the customization options and set up workflows that match your company’s needs. Zoho People is a strong tool once configured properly, and its automation features can really streamline HR operations.
