What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

The integration it allows through its API is very helpful for our deployment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is great for time tracking, time off tracking, and calendar view, and Public Holiday view. The platform allows for customizatio of the different "rules" that apply for time based on the location of the end-user, so that is something that allows scalability for a large number of user count.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very intuitive. When you have to do changes to things submitted by end users, it's hard to edit on the backend without the original user editing the request. It doesn't allow for a lot of visibility on end-user requests, it's very limited to only the person in charge or approver. The interface could also be more interesting/creative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This a great tool to keep track of time requests and people management. If you have another internal platform definitely give it a try to the integration via the API
