What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho people has the best HR management tools and features combined with the integration to other Zoho apps. it's truly an amazing software for HRM purposes whether it leaves, reports, attendance, performance etc, nothing beats Zoho people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The leave and holiday section is the best part of my personal experience in Zoho people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far. There's nothing I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customisation, Take advantages of trial, integration.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

It’s fairly easy to use and quite intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has all features under one platform - from payroll tracking to attendance to performance management, so is an all in one and reliable tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall UX can be confusing at first, on onboarding features can be improved and support can be better!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pretty trustworthy tool; you won’t be disappointed .

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

I have used Freshworks solutions as well as iCims. Zoho has a much better and interactive UI compared to it's competitors. In addition, the support post sales is also amazing. Overall, its a great tool for growing companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple features and ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho expense does give troubles at times for my time during travel expenses claims

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A complete end to end solution for all mid size growing companies.
