What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It's a really user friendly tool which helps every individual to understand its purpose quite easily & very adaptable. Its report analysis and filters are really very discrete than other tools. It helps in tracking a lead from the initial stage till the dispatch in one go.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Report extraction and analysing it based on different filters is my favorite aspect of Zoho Crm
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's refresh rate can be slightly improvised. When using / updating any stages it reflets a little bit late in the report extraction which i dislike and can be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a one stop tool which engages marketing, pre sales, sales, sales support, after sales, operations everything
