What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

There are some basic integrations that are already in place and that is very unique. Like the movement of a retailer across various functions like from deal to lead to retailer. There is also a innate integration with ZOHO Books which makes it extremely easy for us to track orders per retailer. There is a calling feature that we get with integrating calling players like knowlarity, is amazing and increases productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with other modules in ZOHO is the best part. It makes it a complete integrated setup. From accounting to lead management to expense tracking and payroll, everything in one box combined.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting and analytics features are very mediocre. For reporting, we have to back to ZOHO Analytics all the time where there is a sync gap.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great tool to manage your leads and if you are a midsized or a large sized company where approx 200-500 people are directly using this app, then things will be extremely smooth. Make sure you consider your daily consumption and check the flow limits in CRM so there are no data sync issues across other modules.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho has a lot of great features, you can customize emails and integrate with Gmail to track directly on the appllication

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

when we started an initiative called close the loop we were able to customize the deals fields to add a close the loop and improvement suggestion filed that updated realtime

What do you dislike most about this product?

when they updated there wasnt so much training materials to go by we had to get their team to train us

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for tracking across all customer facing department especially for sales and recruitement
