API integration is best part of ZoHo, Complete ERP solution to manage business. Easy to operate and customization is possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization can be done based on business requirememt.. Also Support from vendor is awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such.

Just go ahead with Demo first, you will love it.

You have to pay for each Zoho tool separately and it gets to be expensive and it's support needs to be improved

It provides a user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop elements, making it accessible for users with varying technical backgrounds.
