What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho campaign has a prolonged trial to up to 30 days which gives any one enough time to test the email templates before making a purchase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A lot of industry specific and festival templates do exist which makes it easy to customize a good-looking email using the templates and also personalization of emails using email tag for name that picks the username from the contact list

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have an auto-save of draft so once you get disconnection issues, you lose all content, and you begin from scratch

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to recommend the solution to email marketing team looking for a good email marketing tool

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

In my opinion what sets Zoho apart from other tools I've tried is its email marketing and automation capabilities. I feel that another tool that I have been able to use like this that is similar is freshmarketer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that it is more user friendly when editing both the templates and their flow in a cyclic campaign, which is what I used the most. This allows you to keep in constant contact with your database, and the fact that you can integrate it with your CRM to keep the information updated in two ways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well something that I don't like a little bit is the lack of utility when buying the zoho campaign license to buy a Zoho ONE license for example. buying the campaign license only limits you too much in the use of the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reviewing the requirements and parameters of the company and the business model, it is important to highlight all the pros of Zoho as well as the major cons of the whole setup and configuration process, which takes time and expert help, otherwise you might find yourself going around in circles.
