What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

the product itself is a part of Zoho and it can integrate with all the other zoho products easily including crm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with CRM (updating lists) and automated e-mails

What do you dislike most about this product?

deliverability is sometimes an issue. it cuts out some data from my customer lists (during upload) without an explanation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you're using Zoho as CRM, you can start your small-mid size company's email marketing via Zoho campaigns.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

A multipurpose software for our company. This software is very attractive and important for our company since we use it in different ways. On the one hand, we use it as a tool for socialization and personalization of internal business emails, customizing and segmenting them according to the information that we will send to the different work teams. We also use it as a business marketing tool, to expose our services to our customers through mass emails, thus achieving excellent business and sales of our customer service packages to our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most valuable thing that this software has for our company is its powerful tool for sending mass mailings, which you can configure as you like, either by customizing them and segmenting the information so that each advertising campaign reaches where you want. Another incredible tool that enhances our advertising campaigns is the measurement of the reach of these campaigns, since the software offers you important options such as the number of emails sent, the number of emails reviewed and the responses from your customers. This information can be exported to Excel and used to create future advertising campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, we have communicated with the customer service team and the response has been positive and very beneficial, solving the problems in a short period of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most outstanding feature of the software created by the company Zoho, is the ease of use of their software, facilitating substantially, the execution times of the activities and achieving faster results. Zoho Campaigning is a very useful software for your company, I recommend it because its tools provide your company with your extraordinary email advertising, you can also have a smooth interaction between your customers and the products you offer.

I have not seen great difference between Zoho Campaigns and other similar products.

I like the fact this product sends email campaigns to our clients on time to notify them on our products and services.

I have not experienced any negativity from this product.
