Zoho campaign is so easy for email marketing

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

It has the merge tag feature that would pick the real name of the client from the email list and replaces it in the email greeting as this module is saving us from sounding robotic

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the availability of several templates for emails from different industries that can easily be customized to create a good-looking email template

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is time consuming to deploy the solution and fully to configure it as well can turn to be more expensive if you deal with larger number of contacts in the contact list

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool for anyone looking to do email marketing

The email builder is simple the drag and drop and setting up campaign doesn't take much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting and analytical of the tool could be much better.

I would recommend Zoho if someone is looking for budget friendly and east to use email marketing tool'
