What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

I've never used software that is problematic as this. I've had many situations where changes weren't saved after clicking on the save button several times. Even pressing the back button takes several clicks. It's just not smooth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's fairly quick to figure out the basics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The glitches. The lack of responsiveness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about how much "extra" time you have to spend waiting for this thing to load or re-doing things because your changes weren't saved.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho in itself is a big integrated suite of features. All the insights can be directly recorded into CRM provided my zoho automatically, this differentiates it from rivals like ActiveCampaign. Also best quality of autoresponders and a facility of drip shooting is available for timely engagement with the user

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Campaign management is very easy with Zoho as it provides multiple features like Automated Scheduling, AB Testing and Activity Dashboard which is highly integrated with KPI's for better insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have sometimes encountered a problem where my bulk emails are automatically considered as spam into the receivers inbox. I dont know the underlying architecture behind it but it should be solved and more template should me added. Still it is cheaper than other so you can use drag and drop builder that they provide

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a budget friendly solution to your social media engagement and are less aware of the basics of email marketing. Do consider Zoho campaigns for ease of learning. It will smoothen your curve to learn and ear with the campaigns.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

the product itself is a part of Zoho and it can integrate with all the other zoho products easily including crm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with CRM (updating lists) and automated e-mails

What do you dislike most about this product?

deliverability is sometimes an issue. it cuts out some data from my customer lists (during upload) without an explanation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you're using Zoho as CRM, you can start your small-mid size company's email marketing via Zoho campaigns.
