I haven't tested similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI and UX are pretty good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very limited offer of charts. Customization (where really matters) is very limited too. But worst of all is the support, very slow and unprepared.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't expect good support. Don't expect to be able to fully customize charts and reports.

The wide range of features Zoho Analytics offers makes it a more effective tool for analyzing complex data patterns. There is an AI tool present in the software that helps in gaining insights using simple queries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Analytics has a good user interface where all the dashboards are presented in an organized manner. It allows for the creation of customized dashboards where various data analysis methods can be implemented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The vast variety of functionalities can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, and it can be difficult to learn at first. More insightful tutorials by Zoho Analytics could help in understanding the software in a better and more intuitive manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the organization is dealing with and requiring the analysis of large datasets, then I would definitely recommend trying out Zoho Analytics. It has helped us streamline our data analysis process.
