What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Actually I liked Looker comparatively and the only point to choose Zoho Analytics is product cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product has great features but customisable had to be more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rows consumption is quick and has been charged additionally every time. I need to build numerous reports to create one dashboard, but it does not give the exact data. I need to create three tables for one report; it's such a waste of time. Data inaccuracy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a lot - anyways, it won't be built or enhanced. Every time, the team will say that they will reach out to the product or share the feedback with the product team but will not get any update or say NO after my following up a few times.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

The cost for Analytics is what drove us to use it. It does a good job in working with other Zoho application data and the sample reports are helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to generate and schedule reports for my various teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no formatting available for the scheduled emails that are sent. I would expect that this is something simple to implement since all the other Zoho apps have decent text formatting abilities, but Analytics lacks this feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to go through the sample reports that come with the various Zoho app workspaces. They can be very good starting off places for the creation of dashboards and reports tailored to your needs.
