What differentiates Zendesk for Employee Service from other similar products?

They have a variety of integrations which does not come at extra cost. You can have the URL customized for help center at the same budget of $49/month and the team provides an ample support when you contact them with an issue. They are authentic with detailed information on where to start from wiit deployment to live product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer support team- When you have a technical challenge, customer support team provides ample support and they follow-up until it has been fully resolved. You can have all tickets from different communication channels filtered and accessed from one dashboard and hence providing an organized communication

What do you dislike most about this product?

Small businesses with more than five operators may not be in position to use the tool since it is some how expensive and this affects small business ROI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any business that needs to win customer support should try Zendesk because of so many possible opportunities to have communication organized in one place.
