What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

It is a very high-level technical product that requires training. However, once training is completed, a wealth of metrics is available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Staging/Test mode

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not always integrate well with other products. There are not many innovations due to Yardi's position as industry standard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is focused on the financial aspects of management, do further research on other products if you wish to balance the client experience.

What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

Very similar to other top 5 Real Estate Business companies like RealPage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There's a lot of SSO integration now, which is good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Client Central (Orion document management) rename, is okay, and a little challenging to search in for items such as Yardi check scan for tabletop desktop scanners (i.e Digital Check/Panini). The search is buggy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are a ton of options you have to purchase along w/ Yardi voyager (i.e CRM, concierge -for Commercial and more). The training is in a completely different customized console. Anything from Yardi is completely customized for each business customer and its pricey, but worth it. Yardi Voyager is being renamed to Yardi Elevate and is way better for multi-Family and maintenance. Commercial has Yardi Concierge.

I have had no issues with Yardi Voyager The software is just great
