Wrike is used in the organization as a program to manage all our projects. Its tools allow us to be much more organized in the assigned tasks and to have an overview of all the progress of the project. It is very easy to use and you can modify each task as they progress, to have real-time progress.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the variety of templates it has to start the different projects, as it allows to be much more efficient and faster when starting. It is very useful that at the time of making any changes to the project, all team members receive notifications to know those changes and be aware of the progress and modifications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program has so many tools for different fields that it can be confusing to understand. I would also like the system to have a role-based security system that allows administrators to control who has access to different projects and tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a program that we have liked a lot in the company, for being very intuitive and easy to use. Its panels, tasks and projects in general are very simple to create, edit and develop, so having our activities up to date and without delay was very easy for us. It is ideal for companies of any size and its price is very affordable.

What sets Wrike apart from other software is how easy and fast it is to use, it has an intuitive and very user-friendly interface, it has no complicated procedures for its use, and it is highly customizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The creation of separate folders is very good, since it is perfect for maintaining order, team collaboration is very good, with each contribution that we individually make to the project, progress is made together and goals are met on time. The communication that we maintain as a work team allows us to be in constant development and updating of our projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no bugs at the moment, the features are very good, they are customizable and any problems that arise are resolved with the help of the technical support team.

It is an indispensable system to manage tasks and projects of small and large scale, the fluidity of work is excellent, it is customizable, easy to use and very convenient to improve teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a steep learning curve. This is potentially even steeper when working with a Wrike system that was created by someone else. This is only a minor drawback, as it is a result of the phenomenal customizable nature of Wrike. You cannot assign tasks to a dummy account or role type for people without access or who do not yet exist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Eliminate endless email conversations, unnecessary meetings and abundant controls by replacing them with real-time comments and notifications, instant edits, dynamic reports and much more. Best of all, information can be easily shared with all stakeholders at any time. Collaboration has improved considerably, but not because people have changed - we've always wanted to help - but because we now have a tool that allows us to figure out how we can help each other better.
