What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
I have been using work days in my current organisation for various things like applying for leaves, getting information on my compensation and other employee training courses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday is used in my current organisation to precisely provide the employees with every information, whether its leaves details, compensation detail, organisation and individual goals etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With my experience with the workday, I have not found any drawbacks till now.

To be implemented together with robust training programs adapted to each business function. You will need IT experts that have experience with Workday to achieve business customizations that make sense for different continents and countries.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday's strong product architecture makes it easy for us to build integrations with 3rd party systems that also have open APIs. It is very approachable for end-users and can help drive employee self-service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This system serves as a global system of record and they provide language localization for dozens of languages. They have offices across the globe to support multinational companies
What do you dislike most about this product?
Workday looks like it is the most expensive solution in the marketplace right now and to maintain the system one might require HRIS managers or full-time consultants
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday is one of the strongest options in the market for global companies. Workday is a powerful HR and Talent Management platform although payroll and Time and Attendance modules are not their strongest area
