What differentiates Workday Spend Management from other similar products?

Workday Expenses has detail tracking features, which ensures there is transparency and accountability. Again, on submission of receipt images, Workday Expenses has streamlined the action, and made it helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday Expenses works in strategic manner, where workflow must be approved, to ensure efficiency. Secondly, Workday Expenses creates policy awareness to people, who in the end flow the right procedures when conducting every task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, on the desktop browsing feature, Workday Expenses takes time because of loading, and until the developer come along with a solution for it, there is a set back in this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing business expenses is something that Workday Expenses has perfected, and in the end, huge savings are realized. The only reason that limits you from realizing huge or maximum profits is because you have not installed Workday Expenses

What differentiates Workday Spend Management from other similar products?

Intuitive and easy to use mobile capabilities Workday Expenses is a system that joins HR and expenses. You get value for your investment. Powerful and customizable workflows Full visibility and insight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since we implemented Workday Expenses expense reporting has been easy and effortless. Our staff is able to take pictures of their receipts and upload them using the Workday Expenses mobile app which makes managing expenses on the go effective. The user-friendly experience and robust functionality have helped capture, monitor, and control employee spend more accurately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any setbacks that come with the program it has just made expense tracking easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We were searching for software that offers a fast and intuitive way to capture and submit expenses and Workday expenses delivered. It is a flexible solution to enforce spending policies and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What differentiates Workday Spend Management from other similar products?

The software is very simply and it shows a very intuitive interface compared to other software that I have used in my previous jobs. The employee portal in particular gives detailed information and you can easily download reports and analytics for any data recorded in the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it's amazing for good enterprises and as an employee you can have visibility and a strong connection with every other employee in the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like how they disclose the pricing information. it seems very unclear

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Transparency on pricing and customer support more efficient.
