Workday learning differentiates in a way of its unique combination of integration, personalization, and social collaboration. In addition to these, its strong reporting and analytic capabilities empower us to take data-driven initiatives keeping in view our learning requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It assists me in getting a highly personalized learning experience keeping in focus the needs of each aspirant. It analyzes the skill and profile of each individual, career trajectories, to ensure that aspirants get their respective content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customization is not as intuitive as it should be leading to the hurdles in meeting the requirements.
