Workforce management, and hiring process

Custom features development and delivery have caused up very delayed in implementation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good product, fulfils basic needs but there are better cost effective smaller solutions available which can do similar job.

My Favorite aspect is Mobile Accessibility which allows me to login anywhere without breaching security issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Whenever there is a change in upgraded features the usage limitation creates ambiguity to search for the specific task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In order to know more about Workday i strongly recommend opting this product to get a better understanding of the features and usage.
