It connects HR, finance, and operations in one place really well, and feels less clunky compared to other enterprise tools I’ve used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s straightforward to navigate, the reporting feels powerful, and I don’t waste time digging around for basic tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workflow customization could be more flexible! I sometimes feel boxed in when setting up approvals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend time upfront learning the reporting and integration features; once you do, it makes your daily work much smoother.
