What differentiates Workday Enterprise Management Cloud from other similar products?

Workday is great tool for manage the employees data. With workday we can easily manage the employees personal data, pay slips, absence reports, payroll and even performance reviews. Employee also can see all the details about salary, attendance in one place. Workday user interface is also good and provides clear details.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday interface is simple and provide the clear information. Easily manage the data about employee's salary, attendance, payroll etc. Employee's also can see all the info in one place. They provides good customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting tool is not good and take lot of time to generate the report. Not much of a training material available and the training costs are very high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

overall workday is great tool for manage the HR data. They provides lot's of features in workday. The user interface is very simple and anyone can understand easily.
