What differentiates Workday Enterprise Management Cloud from other similar products?

Its way more consistent in performance with proper support and has detailed features with proper training material available to understand and use with ease. It supports unified platform, real-time data analytics and configurational flexibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of the structure, customizable product, real-time data integration, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, operational efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

complexity and customization requirements, initial setup, configuration, and customization can be complex and time-consuming, costly product for smaller organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1) assess your needs with thoughts to your requirements and key use cases 2) keep stakeholders in loop to make sure change management plans are there in place from starting 3) Consult the experts and utilize best practices 4) plan for key API integrations for legacy systems 5) evaluate the cost of ownership based on above points.

What differentiates Workday Enterprise Management Cloud from other similar products?

The major highlight for me has been that it has reduced a lot of manual interaction on different levels and thus helping us reduce a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features are just fantastic as it has features which will fit and can be used by almost all departments in a major company

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike as of now as the use of this product has been very easy till now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A product which will reduce the cost and time for almost all people in the food chain in a company. So go for it.
