What differentiates Workday Enterprise Management Cloud from other similar products?

It’s cloud-based, so everything is accessible from anywhere, and it offers a really user-friendly interface once you get the hang of it. Plus, it’s known for strong analytics and reporting, which helps businesses make smarter decision

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Workday is how it combines so many different functions—HR, finance, and planning—into one platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Workday is how steep the learning curve can be. It takes some time to get used to the interface and all the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend giving yourself and your team plenty of time to learn the platform, as it can be a bit tricky at first. Make sure to take full advantage of the training resources Workday offers to get up to speed quickly.
