Through the calendar and task segmentation, it is possible to put in order the steps to be taken to achieve each of our projects. It provides a highly customizable space, easy to configure and with a practical interface that contains each of the tools necessary for good work planning. Customer support is also attentive and efficient every time we turn to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is an amazing tool and has really worked alongside our needs. For the implementation we have noticed some deficiencies, it would be ideal to have the possibility of having greater accessibility, either in being able to access my data outside of an internet connection, or having a mobile digital platform that allows making a link to my main dashboard of the platform, having to wait to get to the office and not being able to move outside of it somewhat limits the possibilities of work and implementation of the platform to our work needs. Sometimes there are errors when uploading or exporting documents, which interferes with our internal flow

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using Wimi because it is a tool that makes it easy to process a large workload in a practical and simple way. It has a user-friendly interface that provides the possibility of maintaining a dynamic work environment, with a team working collaboratively, optimizing processes for the scope of projects, and significantly improving performance metrics. It fits very well with work implementation, making it seem that everything is much simpler than it seems.

Wimi provides a simple interface, with a wide variety of easy-to-use and implement tools, with powerful, highly customizable functions and optimal configuration. It creates an open space for collaborative teamwork, where communication, holding conferences and constant project updates are easy. The support team is also a plus, they are attentive and efficient in their attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have many complaints about Wimi, it is a great platform, with an efficient flow, a great and highly customizable dashboard. Some of the points that we have noticed are deficient in its adaptation to devices, it does not provide many options to adapt to our work system, only online and it would be nice to have more options to implement it in our work. On some occasions we have had errors in uploading files and being able to export information has not yet been presented as a viable option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Among so many platforms, Wimi stands out for its friendly and practical interface, it does not present many inconveniences during project management and provides various tools that make the workspace bold, facilitating work performance in all aspects, processing daily work to a great extent and maintaining team communication. If I recommend something, it is being able to manage daily work from a place where the entire team can feel comfortable.

It offers strong productivity-enhancing capabilities, like task segregation and calendars. What do you dislike most about this product?

I want to be able to update task management in each commercial project without having to connect directly to the internet by installing an application on Wimi’s PC. My inability to connect to an internet network has caused my progress on business duties to stall out numerous times, making it impossible to monitor my progress.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is doing a fantastic job. Only a few times have we had trouble uploading the files. It has consistently served me well and has been valuable. It resembles my helping hand exactly. I’m done complaining about it. Our time has been cut down while our output has improved. Because each team member has been given a specific task and we all have a clear understanding of each other’s progress, we are not at all concerned whether they are working remotely or in the office.
