I like to create small groups within a video call in order to performs some activities. Also, chat is a quick option.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Webex meeting is better than other similar platforms, this is because it allows more control over meeting policies, participants roles, data encryption and stricter policies like identifying each participants role and piloting data encryption which is better compared to other similar platforms. It comes with other functionalities powered by AI like transcription ,noise cancellations and highlighting of major parts in a meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Breakout rooms are my favorite aspect of this product, along with in AI highlights graps my attention. During panel interviews or campus drives, breakout partitiongs of candidates and notes or highlights thay are automatically generated capture pivotal moments in the interview , which eliminates the labor of note writing. It streamlines the evaluation process for the candidate and helps organize the evalauation more effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the user interface is little complex to navigate as compared to the Google meet and zoom. Occasionally lags when internet's bandwidth is low. The App should be more feature rich as compared to desktop platform..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When managing with recrutiment and data security detailed participant control and record keeping, Webex is a great choice. i would recommend , go for free trial version first , also training and evaluation of team strength is also considered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i like the built-in collaboration tools which collaborates with most assets across Webex and whiteboard. Screen Sharing also helps to convey the messages more clearly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex Meetings web application cannot be used on the mobile devices display except desktop display.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex Meeting collaborate with very manage tool ensuring improved meeting streamline.
