What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's so much more than enhancing accessibility; it helps people know during the meeting that they can pay attention without having to take detailed notes of everything because all the action items will be available afterwards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have faced occasional performance issues such as delay and lags which raise frustrations, especially in critical meetings. Often, these problems do relate to network conditions or hardware; nevertheless, these do affect the overall experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the training and support options available at Webex to get you running with the platform. Cisco provides tutorials, webinars, and documentation that help you and your team work with the system better.

It should have a direct mail calendar connectivity feature.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Screen sharing and whiteboarding are other useful tools of collaboration in the project. The breakout rooms focus on the small-group discussion within major meetings while the major meeting is going on. The mobile application allows the participants to be fully engaged, irrespective of their location. I honestly do not think there is any other tool that has changed how we work as much as Webex has; in a way, it eradicates the issue of distance and keeps work on track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Internally, perhaps Webex’s most valuable function is realized during critical project review and planning meetings. Here, the features of the interface seem to be perfect: it is easy to schedule a meeting or to join one. Even for those who were unable to attend the sessions, the feature of recording provides great opportunities to watch the meeting later. Compatibility with calendar apps makes it easier to organize meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audio delay from time to time interferes with healthy and effective communication. The chat feature has no elaborate options for styling the messages; hence, it only allows for basic formatting. File sharing sometimes looks quite cumbersome in comparison with dedicated file-sharing services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That is why I always use it to communicate with developers, stakeholders, or project managers, irrespective of their geographical location. In one of the recent systems upgrade projects, we employed Webex to conduct users’ interviews, presenting them with wireframes to get feedback in real-time. I used the screen share function to help the team go over confusing data models, and the whiteboard was our simultaneous brainstorming board. About the groups’ communication, I can say that during the moments when we had to split into subgroups in order to address some particular challenges, the breakout rooms were a lifesaver.
