What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

We have cisco desk pros in the office and using webex with them is a dream. This is night and day to using a laptop with that webcams. It's perfect because it helps close the gap between those in boardrooms and those working from home.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the "step away" feature which tells everyone that i'll be back in a jiffy and not to ask me questions if i'm just getting coffee. The way it does screen sharing is also super sharp with nearly no blurriness even on high res monitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a little intimidating for newbies who are used to the one-click simplicity of something like facetime or zoom. There are only so many things you can fiddle with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For some institutions it has a lot to do with hardware they already have, cisco gear tends to be pretty good and if your company already has a bunch then why bother with something else.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎It is sometimes resource-intensive, especially on older devices or slower internet connections, which leads to occasional lag or video/audio issues.

Webex is a reliable and feature-rich platform to host high-quality video and web conferences. Users should ensure their devices and network can handle the platform, especially for large meetings, and consider plan tiers carefully to access advanced features.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

While using this tool If I feel communication gap then I can on subtitles option to read what is my client is speaking for better understanding and easily collaborate with my team who are working from home to have online meeting related to work, dashboard is perfect and easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to schedule online meeting and send the invite and this allow me to remove noise from the meeting with ai feature which makes this tool unique in market.
