The conference call option is great if you have a lot of people on the call, because everyone can see each other’s screens at the same time. This is better for larger groups than webinar alone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex is built specifically for business use, which means it’s designed with modern, user-friendly features like mobile-friendly websites and easy access from any device. It also allows for more flexibility — like real-time collaboration across multiple devices, integrated chat rooms for team communication, and the ability to even record your meetings for future reference purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing much to dislike about Webex apart from the fact that its pricing can be a little low.

Webex allows businesses to connect with clients face-to-face without traveling to their offices, saving them time and money.

* It is easy to invite other people to meeting and very easy to join. I can say compared to our meeting applications such like Zoom or Teams, Webex Meetings is very easy to invite people and to make them join. You can use that application for job interviews or for other meeting stuff which requires easy invitation,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

* It is really difficult to share confidential data. * It is easy to join meeting and it is easy to also invite other people as well. * You can share your content and you can show it to the attendees in the meeting easily. * It provides video and audio in HD format.

What do you dislike most about this product?

* Unfortunately it has some security issues. The application is used a lot. Because of that also hacking system also improved to join the meetings or get the confidential date of attendees. I think security needs to improved. * The Webex Meetings should allow a gathering of a broad audience and it should restrict the meeting for a small group of audiences. * It uses a lot of memory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

* Memory management should be handled as I can see it consumes a lot of CPU. * Security concerns should be fixed.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Easy navigation of my meeting with a centralized control bar providing easy access to all my meeeting controls. I meet even faster in my own personal room and schedule ahead or leave my room open, lock it, and easily admit people waiting in my lobby

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Share my entire screen with remote attendees in real time. I join from any device of my choice, including desktop, mobile, browser, or thirdy-party standards-based video devices

What do you dislike most about this product?

The browser version does not provide the poll feature which I really like to use during meetings. That's the only annoying thing whenever I am using the browser to join a meeting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well designed software that is used for day-to-day meetings where multiple people have to share content and present in the same meeting. In a very fast way, you can share your ideas or slides using this platform
