My experience using WebEx spans several years, and I have had very few problems along the way. Excellent options for voice calls, video calls, screen sharing, and instant messaging. A connection can be established in a flash. Also, webe allows for highly attended webinars. If you are hosting the meeting on WebEx, you have the option to limit who can attend. You may add the meetings to your calendar and receive reminders before they begin. All the more so for telecommuting workers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex is a powerful platform for doing online meetings and video conferences, with a broad variety of capabilities including voice and video conversations, instant messaging, polling, and event planning. Its user-friendliness and ease of setup make it ideal for businesses transitioning to remote staffing. Because it works on so many different platforms, Webex is convenient for use regardless of location or time of day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

quality of Webex conference is dependent on internet connection. Webex users may occasionally encounter technical difficulties, such as connection or audio/video problems. It may take some time for users to become accustomed to the platform's features and operation, and they may have difficulty using it at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the case of hybrid organizations, Webex conferences prove to be an ideal meeting medium. The simplicity with which users in different parts of the country may work together and exchange information is revolutionary. You may use Webex Meetings for everything from an intimate gathering of ten people to a massive presentation for a thousand people or more. Using Webex, appointing speakers, panelists, and administrators for these bigger events is easy, saving a ton of time.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

It maintains reliable security from the beginning of its introduction and can display shared screens without problems. Even with multi-person web conferencing, there are few crashes and minor conversation delays, so that you can make a conversation without problems. It is now possible to share screenshots of materials that would typically be shared face-to-face with peace of mind. Especially when teleworking was primarily performed, I could use it confidently regarding security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security is high, and you can share screens and update confidential materials with peace of mind. It has been stable for web meetings for the two years we have used it. Webex is primarily effective for medium to large conferences. In the past, meetings were held in one location because of car travel, but with Webex, even a small number of people can hold regular meetings using a large LCD screen and a speakerphone with a microphone. We assume that 3,000 hours of travel time have been saved in a year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recently, I feel it has become confusing due to the message that you need to link to a Cisco account. The cost is also high compared to other companies, so I would appreciate it being a little cheaper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In recent years, several web telephony tools have been distributed. Still, Webex was the first video telephony tool with little delay, even when more than 100 people were watching simultaneously. Screen sharing is seamless, and there is no problem with many people. It also has end-to-end security so you can use it with peace of mind.
