What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

the cloud storage, polling option for free users in the chat security to its client

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to install, available for all major platforms. The web version is also available, hence installation is not mandatory. Even the free version, supports a large audience(up to 100 attendees). Supports join audio by call feature, which is very helpful in weak network connectivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The overall UI is a little complicated, confusing the user to find the right option at the right time. Little slow in terms of meeting hosting and joining response. Not so smooth, until you have a device with great hardware and a comparatively strong network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you have teams, would recommend teams over Webex for easy integration of all Microsoft applications. if you are a start-up organization who don't use Microsoft applications then you can go for it. It allows 100 participants in the free-to-use version.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco WebEx is the only product out in the market with the capability to provide High Definition Screen Share with excellent Audio/Video quality. Innovative features like flag,ping and mention to boost collaboration and productivity makes it unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco WebEx has the unique feature of community which covers various topics of the ongoing discussion on different aspects of the organisational activities. Besides that the Sharing Screen Control is the easiest and smoothest approach given on the application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco WebEx is designed to work in a way as it is build to do. I do not have any improvement suggestions for this software as of now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Cisco WebEx to organisation looking to evaluate internal communication application. WebEx delivers everything starting from IMs to Screenshare with additional unique features all at highly secured channel. Just go for it, you can use the free version before considering Enterprise level solution.
