What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Full HD quality of the video conferencing lets one to simulate face to face conversation. This is really helpful during the current pandemic where everyone has adapted the newer ways of working. Also the file sharing functional is exceedingly critical as it help one to avoid follow-up for sharing files post conference and get the required files directly during the ongoing conference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Every time we as Host mute/un-mute someone on the conference, the system announces it and thus results in missing out on what a person has been saying simultaneously.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall the product is really helpful for organization looking for a team collaboration tool. The mobile compatibility lets everyone access the conference remotely at touch of a button. During the current pandemic times, teams can leverage this platform to bridge the gap of not being co-located, and from organizational standpoint, web-ex provides different plans as per one's need.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

It is very easy to setup a meeting and join the meeting via desktop app or mobile app. It is the most secured and user-friendly video conferencing platforms I have ever used. Best in collaboration if you compare with the tools like Skype or Zoom where you get the best audio and HD video quality. it does not have seem to ever have any issues getting connected and join meetings like we encounter issues with other tools like skype. Cisco Webex is very reliable meeting with collaboration that makes meetings and life much more easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex integration with other apps is also very useful as you can integrate it with Outlook and schedule meeting from there with the help of plugin. UI is pretty impressive for both desktop as well as mobile app. Another favorite feature is screen sharing in this worst pandemic situation where everyone is working from home but via screen sharing one can easily collaborate and work together, solve any technical issues together, can work on any document together, no need to travel anywhere, eventually saves lot of time and efforts and leads to better productivity. Recording session is again an amazing feature where the trainings are recorded.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is bit expensive which is the one negative point compared to other tools in the market. Sometimes the screen sharing in larger group makes the navigation bit slow which is very annoying and frustrating. Otherwise this the best platform for collaboration and communication with team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This application is a feature-rich with best output provided. Best in business, I would recommend to be used for all large scale projects as its bit expensive and where there is a requirement for lot of collaboration required with team.

You can join a meeting from just about any device even hands free devices. All of the features work well together to bring a great software within our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part about Cisco Webex is the background noise cancellation, hand gesture features, and the breakout room option. All of these features create a customizable virtual meeting which can be changed every time you meet based on your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface could use some updating, but the overall features are worth ignoring the look!

I would recommend this to anyone who needs to make their meetings productive, efficient, and engaging. There are a plethora of features that makes this software stand out compared to other softwares for virtual meetings. The meeting controls are simplified and customizable so just about everything can be changed to how you prefer.
