What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?

The custom event tracking was way better than the other DAP we used, Pendo. Onboarding guide solution was also a key differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Funnel analysis for customer journey mapping.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Real time tracking of our key events.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

DAP is a must have for all SaaS products and Walkme have almost everything wrapped neatly inside the package. Great ROI !
