Resource allocation appears well managed during heavy usage. Alerts are triggered quickly when problems arise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing security and compliance rules requires extra time. Monitoring very large data streams can be complex. Some automated processes feel limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Verint experience management seems reliable in this regard because it doesnt disrupt operations while handling experience data. I would recommend it to organizations where customer interaction is high volume and system reliability is paramount.
