What differentiates Varicent Incentive Compensation Management from other similar products?
The tool has many capabilities that solve all the problems, but I feel it's difficult to gain knowledge once I've moved out of the project. This makes it hard for me to stay up to date with the latest functionalities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i like the process and functionality
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes it lags to load the dashboards, also i saw lack of visuals in dashboards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend going for it; it's worth buying a license.

Good incentive calculation automation program.

What differentiates Varicent Incentive Compensation Management from other similar products?
Distinct from competing programs, this one allows for limitless configuration of even the most complicated calculations. I think this is great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This great program is comprehensive with sales planning and incentive payments. I like the customer service they have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While we haven't seen any drawbacks with Varicent, we have been unable to fully utilize the technology due to certain constraints. If there was a way to acquire a modeling tool that could simulate modifications to compensation plans or conduct effect assessments on new plan designs, we could consolidate our operations in Varicent and work in fewer systems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of how easy it is to incorporate both manual and automated inbound and outbound data flows, I have no hesitation in recommending this tool to others.
