It does not offer a digital signature solution.

Affordable, in terms of cost, it is safe and reliable. Help in many aspects from recruitment, selection, employee development and more.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

The report feature in UKG Ready is my favorite part because it is so straightforward to use. The process of personalizing reports and building graphs and dashboards is simple. Both our managers and employees like the convenience of having this data at their fingertips in a sleek mobile app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our Performance Management procedure and medical open enrollment have both been digitized with the help of UKG Ready. Having happy workers is the most important advantage. The members of our production team work in shifts. Employees appreciate being able to see their timesheets and make adjustments if necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm the type of person that like to figure things out on my own, therefore it's been frustrating for me and my coworkers to have to call Support for extra sys config help and not get it. However, timekeeping is where the device falls short; in every other respect, it excels. Leaves is underdeveloped and in need of more work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The UKG representative led us through each stage of the process for establishing our open enrollment, which included the creation of questionnaires to verify that employees selected the appropriate plans for which they were eligible. Finally, but no less importantly, is the low cost of UKG.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

If you run a small to medium-sized firm, UKG Ready is the complete human resource information system you need. There are also the standard human resource management features like payroll and time tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With UKG Ready, I have complete control over the employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement.  The technology makes it simple to find and hire new staff.  Maintaining an accurate time and attendance record for your staff is a breeze.  UKG Ready makes it easy to monitor and manage staff performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite being capable of meeting all of our organization's goals and demands, UKG Ready is extremely difficult to use because of its plethora of features and complexity. Learning how to use the system takes multiple tutorials.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The sales staff is fantastic and somewhat useful. Especially useful for startups and growing businesses in need of a basic human resources information system. The tool assisted us in keeping tabs on personnel and ensuring that they were complying with regulations. We reduced HR staff paperwork daily and weekly.
