What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

The full integration of timesheet, goal orientation, and day to day management of employees in one place with the ease of use it has is beyond comparable apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration of time sheet and all hr management goals into one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

There can be some extra cruft in terms of dealing with specific payment/time allocations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure your system is also Microsoft office integrated, and implement lots of time to implement training software

It facilitates the recruitment process and the analysis and reporting tools help me identify the best candidates.

You can manage candidate databases efficiently. The payroll administration system is completely efficient.
