What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

The ability to have many modules in one system. Definitely helps our staff with having one place to go for their HR needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to brand UKG Ready!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The glitches/bugs happen too often lately. UKG needs to verify that releases work as they should before releasing the new feature. Too many this year have been released that did not work as they should, this caused a higher workload for our processing team during our busiest time of the year.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review the modules in detail. Ask to connect with like organizations and learn how they use/like the system. Client to client feedback is valuable.

UKG Ready is a full suite product offering everything you need in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love how the system is live, especially with Accruals, as soon as a PTO request is approved the time is deducted and added to the timesheet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am happy that they are in the process of improving Performance Management

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask lots of question to be sure it fits your needs. When implementing be sure that the data that you are importing is accurate/correct.
