What differentiates TrueSight Server Automation from other similar products?

customer support is really good and outstanding. Through this server deployment and automations become very easy and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Server maintenance activity does not need human intervention all things become really easy on time and daily we do not need to look on those activity. Helps to secure the environment with audits reports and alarms , notification.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some bugs in the products which cause issue sometime and irritate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have N number of servers which requires daily ongoing activities and need deployment and patching support it is just fabulous product to consider.
