What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It has become easier to manage tasks and forget small miscellaneous charges, even those done only once every six months or a year.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my case, I create lists by dividing them into "not started," "in progress," "delivered," and "tasks." A card is created for each project and moved from "not started," "in progress", and "and delivered" and filed when invoicing is completed. Other small tasks are placed under "miscellaneous issues," and deadlines are set. With this type of task management, it is no longer possible to forget the work deadline. By copying and pasting the details of each task (customer email information, etc.) into the card, there is no need to go back and look at each email, etc., and you can manage tasks just with Trello.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tasks are displayed vertically, scrolling the cards, but it can be challenging to see them when scrolling. A feature that allowed users to switch the cards' display format so that numerous tasks could be shown at once would be useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since the task can be visualized, there is no need to remember the job. The essential functions can be used for free to reduce costs. Also, since it can be linked to Google Calendar, it is good to be able to check task deadlines, etc. in Google Calendar. Intuitive use. Many functions can be used for free. Easy to share with external partners. You can set rules for the automatic sorting of lists.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

I’ve easily included Trello, a fantastic platform for collaboration, into my social media routine. It serves as my general calendar and scheduler for SMM content. It has power-ups for many businesses, and I frequently use the calendar and approval power-up, which turns my playing cards into a visual calendar and gives my clients the ability to approve the material or request adjustments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello’s user-friendly UI is one of my favourite features. Trello lets me make bespoke boards for each project and create tasks and responsibilities on each board using lists and cards. To further improve project management, we can edit each card with categories, due dates, comments, and attachments. Trello’s capacity to facilitate real-time collaboration is something I appreciate. There is no misunderstanding about who is doing what or what the project’s current status is since every member of the team can view real-time changes on all cards and lists.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since Trello is currently not intended to be a social networking platform, I believe that it is mostly unexplored. It would be more endearing than rivals like Asana if they can figure out how to go about adding more power-ups for more sectors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The fact that I can simply monitor the progress of my tasks is Trello’s best feature. I can quickly identify the activities that need to be completed and designate them for various team members thanks to the system, which consists of charts and cards. Additionally, it’s simple for me to view each task’s state right now and who is in charge of it.
