In project management with Trello we can share the board with the rest of the team and in turn know the different statuses in itos marked in our project, who executes and the performance of in time of each of the members involved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have global project tags, if not that in each dashboard the tags must be set. Project sharing requires account setup, limited free features, should improve project timeline management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The paid option allows you to select dashboard templates that depending on the type of project these come preloaded with the work structure in terms of lists. You can easily access the integration with Google Drive. In addition to the fact that it has a fairly complete version for free, its naturalness and interface. Trello is very powerful and versatile, it can be used for planning and better control of any activity that we have to carry out, this software offers total control over our program adapting it to the needs of our requirement and in turn allowing us to customize the workflow in a particular way.

If you have a large project with a lot of tasks, it can be difficult to track what you're looking for. Everything is organized in boards, at first it can be confusing, for example, to assign a task you first have to think about which board it corresponds to, search for it, enter it and just assign the task.
